Online Sales
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be delivered within 30 days except where additional work on items must be performed.
Orders placed over public holiays may be delayed.

Delivery times/dates are at the discretion of Nelson Teamwear and may be subject to changes.
DELIVERY TIMES
Nelson Teamwear will close over the christmas period. You can expect delays in deliveries over and around this period. This will be advised by Nelson Teamwear in advance.
MERCHANDISE VOUCHERS
Merchandise vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. No refunds or extended time frames accepted.
EXISTING RANGES
Existing ranges of clothes are available on a "posted next day" arrangement. Meaning that in ideal circumstances you will get the item on the second business day after ordering it.
CUSTOM MADE
Custom made items delivery time will be discussed with you at the time of ordering. As some of our ranges of garments come from overseas the timeframes can vary from a few days to a weeks.
GST
Nelson Teamwear shows all prices in Australian Dollars. Delivery costs are calculated on the basis of the weight of the order and destination. GST is included in all prices and subsequently removed for all orders outside Australia.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change. All orders incur a charge for shipping, which can vary depending on location of delivery.
CREDIT CARDS ONLINE
Nelson Teamwear uses the industry standard SSL technology to protect your credit card information whilst in transit from your computer to the server. Your credit card number is validated by the bank, an authorisation is received. Your credit card number is NOT stored or recorded beyond the transaction.
PRIVACY
The personal information we collect is used only for the purposes of completing transactions and providing requested information. We use agents for activities such as packaging, deliveries and data management and these agents will have access to your information. They will not be allowed to use it for any other purposes.
REFUNDS
We take every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. If your merchandise is faulty we will provide a full refund. Email us for a refund authority and we will inform you of how the goods are to be returned.
AVAILABLE STOCK
Some stock/sizes may still be available to purchase online even though the stock has been sold out or discontinued. If the unavailable stock is expected to be renewed we will notify you of the estimated waiting/arrival times. In the case that a purchase is made on unavailable stock that will not be renewed, we will refund your purchase or alternatively replace the item with current stock of equal value or alternate sizing. We cannot guarantee that alternate stock/sizing will be available.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Nelson Teamwear reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions at any time, at their sole discretion. The most recent version of the terms and conditions is posted here and will remain current until such a time as it is updated. As a customer of Nelson Teamwear and user of Nelson Teamwear’s website and services, it is your sole responsibility to keep yourself informed of any changes or amendments to the Terms and conditions. Should any customer or website/service user of Nelson Teamwear become dissatisfied with the terms and conditions, the solution remains to; discontinue use of website/services; direct any questions/concerns to hello@nelsonteamwear.com.au.
SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
The website SALE items and SPECIAL OFFERS will run for a time period at the descretion of Nelson Teamwear unless specified, or until stock has run out. There is limited stock and sizes available for some items. Not valid with any other offer or voucher. See above Terms & Conditions for our full website purchase terms and conditions.
