Merchandise Quantity Allowances

Ordering Conditions:
- Staff must only order merchandise they reasonably need for their role.
- Ordering the maximum quantity is optional, not required.
- Duplicate orders beyond the limits listed will be declined (unless otherwise discussed)
- The guidelines apply per staff member.
- Staff should carefully review their order before submitting, as adjustments may not be possible after submission.
