How to order & FAQ

Use size charts in the products image section if available or contact your merchandise coordinator for samples.

There will be the ability for the club to take your order and receive cash payment at the club, please ask your merchandise manager for the available dates and times.

To order several sizes of an item, initially click on the desired item you wish to purchase, then select the size and fill out any additional information, click Add to Cart. You are now able to add a different size of the item by selecting the new size, filling out any additional information and clicking Add to Cart. You now will have two different sizes of the same item in your cart.

Yes, you can make as many orders as you like during the order period. Each order will be individually packed and labelled for your collection from the club.

No, once the order period closes the orders are collated and production begins. Enquire with your merchandise manager whether the club is going to hold stock or if there is another order period opening up in the near future.

All orders will be delivered to the club, individually packed and labelled at a predetermined date to ensure there is adequate time for production and packing. This date is labelled at the top of your club page.
